Shipping policy

We strive to ship as fast as possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Your order will ship the same day provided you place the order before 9:00 AM MST.

At times, a different shipping carrier may be chosen at our discretion. FREE shipping is always through USPS Ground Advantage.

For Domestic (US) Shipping

Shipping Rates & Policies 

$8.50 Ground Advantage Flat Rate Shipping on all US orders. Free Shipping on orders $70 and over. (Unless a special is running for a percentage off of an order) Sales (10% off, etc) do not combine with free shipping rates. 

USPS Ground Advantage: Orders generally take 3–8 business days to arrive. During busy holidays, it is wise to order well in advance of when you need your item(s) due to higher demand for shipping.

USPS Priority Mail: The cost is $16.00 flat rate. Priority Mail orders generally take 2–3 days to be delivered.

USPS Express Mail: The cost depends on the weight of the shipment.

UPS: You may also choose UPS shipping at checkout, but flat rates do not apply (rates are calculated dynamically by weight). UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and they do not deliver packages directly to military APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

Note: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

For Undeliverable Packages

This applies to both domestic and international shipping. We use the shipping address you provided on your order. If a package is undeliverable due to an error in the address provided, it is sent back to us by the carrier.

If you still want to receive your package, you must update your address information via email to us at cs@hottimesauces.com or, if you have an account with us, you can log in and change your information. When we receive the package, you will be sent an invoice to pay for the shipment again. Once a shipment has been delivered to a destination, the label becomes null and void. Therefore, you must pay for the shipping again, and the payment for the first shipping label is not refundable.

For International Shipping

International shipping is done on a package/item weight basis. Shipping is done via USPS and is available in First Class International or Priority International. UPS is also an option.

Depending on the time of the year and the method of shipping you choose, it will take up to 2 weeks for the package to get to you.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Liabilities & Delays

While Hot Time Sauces cannot be held liable for in-transit delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or lost/stolen packages, we want you to get your sauce! If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly provide any tracking documentation or assistance needed to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
