Shipping policy
We strive to ship as fast as possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Your order will usually ship the same day, depending on the time you ordered.
- At times, a different shipping carrier may be chosen at our discretion. FREE shipping is always through USPS Ground Advantage.
For Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Shipping is done via USPS and is a flat rate of $8.50 for orders through USPS Ground Advantage. To keep our pricing simple, we offer a $8.50 Flat Rate for all orders under $65. Because bottles are heavy, calculated shipping usually costs significantly more—we cover the difference so you can enjoy a predictable, low rate every time.
- Ground Advantage orders generally take 5-10 business days to arrive. During busy holidays, it is wise to order well in advance of when you need your item(s) due to higher demand for shipping.
- You may also choose UPS ground shipping, but there is not a flat rate.
- If you choose USPS Priority Mail, the cost is $16.00 flat rate. Priority mail orders generally take 2-3 days to be delivered.
- Orders over $65.00 will receive FREE shipping.
* You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
For International Shipping:
* International shipping is done on a package/item weight basis, not via flat rate. Shipping is done via USPS and is available in First Class International or Priority International. Depending on the time of the year and the method of shipping you choose, it will take up to 2 weeks for the package to get to you.
Hot Time Sauces is not responsible for in-transit shipping delays, deliveries to the wrong address, or lost or stolen packages. If any of this happens, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Once the package(s) leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of it.
