Refund policy
Return Eligibility
The return window is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (seal not broken), in its original packaging and undamaged. Initial shipping charges (when you placed your order) are not refundable. The buyer also pays for return shipping and is responsible for the proper packaging to ensure the item(s) does not arrive to us broken. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or e-gift cards.

Refunds
If anything in your order arrives broken, we will need your order number and a picture of the package and the broken item(s) e-mailed to us as soon as possible at cs@hottimesauces.com. The more pictures you send, the better, for insurance purposes.
The order will be replaced if we have the same item in stock. If not, a refund will be granted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not been credited back, please contact us at cs@hottimesauces.com
Hot Time Sauces Disclaimer And Product Waiver
Some of our sauces are extremely hot. By purchasing any of our sauces, you are acknowledging that upon consumption, you may experience physical discomfort, illness or injury. Hot Time Sauces is not liable for any potential harm that may come to you as a result of consuming our products, as you are doing so at your own risk with the understanding that some sauces are very hot. By purchasing our products, you are releasing Hot Time Sauces from any liabilities that my occur from consuming our products.
