Anchor Baris the world-renowned "Home of the Original Buffalo Wing." Established in 1935 by Frank and Teressa Bellissimo, it transitioned from a local Italian-American neighborhood bar to a global culinary destination after a single late-night snack in 1964. In 2003, the James Beard Foundation honored the Anchor Bar with its "America’s Classics" award. We carry all of their hot sauces from mild to extreme heat. Anchor Bar sauces are known for being sharp, vinegary, and buttery. They do not use complex fruity or smoky notes; they are purely traditional.
